Garment Presser | Bridal Gown Steaming

We’re a busy bridal shop seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our behind-the-scenes team!

This part-time, seasonal position involves steaming and pressing bridal gowns and veils to ensure they look perfect for our brides’ big day!

Responsibilities:

  • Steam and press wedding gowns, veils, and other delicate garments

  • Handle fine fabrics with care and attention to detail

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace in our sewing/back room area

  • Organize a pressing schedule and maintain a workflow based on deadlines 

  • Work as part of a small, supportive team with minimal customer interaction

Qualifications:

  • No sewing experience required, but it’s a plus

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work on your feet

  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team

  • Open-minded and respectful toward a diverse team of coworkers

  • Must take pride in doing consistent, quality work

Embassador | Bridal Stylist

We’re seeking enthusiastic, upbeat, outgoing individuals with excellent communication skills to provide sincere and thoughtful service while helping our brides find the perfect gown!

This part-time position involves hosting shopping appointments for a diverse range of brides and their shopping buddies!

Responsibilities:

  • Host wedding gown and accessory shopping appointments, as well as specialty experiences.

  • Must be focused and able to work independently with good time management skills.

  • Work to create a trusting connection with each Bride.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, help merchandise the sales floor, and the garment racks.

  • Organize a pressing schedule and maintain a workflow based on deadlines 

  • Work as part of a small, supportive team with minimal customer interaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous retail/sales experience is a must; wedding industry experience is a plus!

  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work on your feet

  • Comfortable presenting to a large group or intimate groups,

  • Knowledge of bridal gown construction and/or sewing is a plus!

  • Patience and excellent communication skills

  • A quick thinker who can troubleshoot quickly based on the customer’s needs and concerns.

Customer Service / Appointment Setter

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service and Appointment Coordinator to support our Sales Team and act as

the primary point of contact while delivering exceptional service, managing client inquiries and concerns, and scheduling appointments via phone, email, or text.

This part-time position offers the opportunity for in-store and remote work and the possibility of growth within the position.

Responsibilities:

  • Operates phone/computer systems to schedule, confirm, change, or cancel appointments for our sales and alterations departments. 

  • Greets clients, answers inquiries, addresses concerns, and provides follow-up in person, over the phone, and via computer systems.

  • Work to create a trusting connection with each Bride.

  • Acts as the primary contact between customers and sales staff, seamstress, and other contractors. 

  • Prepares and maintains communication-based templates, messages, and documents.
    Participates in daily clerical work and sales floor maintenance with the rest of our team. 

  • Conducts follow-up communication to ensure client satisfaction, confirms upcoming appointments,

  • Prepares and sends automated messaging to solicit customer feedback and finalize after-wedding tasks and sales.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, receptionist, or administrative roles is required. 

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and staff. 

  • Proficient in computer software, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and appointment scheduling systems.

  • Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple schedules and tasks.

  • Patient, able to handle difficult customer situations, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure.

  • A quick thinker who can troubleshoot quickly based on the customer’s needs and concerns.
